Which resource binds first, when, and what is the lowest-risk way to sequence around it?

ORBIT is Trusta's infrastructure decision-intelligence engine for large-load systems where power, onsite electrical capacity, cooling, water, wastewater, schedule and economics interact. The output is a defensible decision with visible evidence, assumptions, uncertainty and next validation steps.

Decision loop

Predict → Decide → Implement → Verify → Learn.

ORBIT predicts where constraints can bind and compares realistic sequencing options. Its verification layer records what was approved, what happened and what value was actually realized so future decisions can be calibrated against outcomes.

ORBIT Large-Load Site Constraint Screen

A bounded cross-utility diagnostic for data-center, AI-compute and industrial projects adding roughly 5–100 MW of load, where a late-discovered utility or permit constraint can strand schedule or capital.

The decision question

Before committing more land, design effort or capital: identify the most likely binding constraint across power, cooling, water and wastewater; estimate when it becomes binding; compare realistic sequencing or mitigation options; and state what evidence is still required before implementation.

  • Site / parcel and proposed load phasing
  • Known utility service, queue or interconnection context
  • Internal electrical equipment / usable-capacity basis
  • Cooling architecture and thermal assumptions
  • Water source, demand basis and allocation limits
  • Wastewater / pretreatment limits and discharge assumptions

Decision package

1. Constraint map and headroom table

2. Evidence register and assumption log

3. Base / alternative scenario comparison

4. CAPEX / OPEX and timing implications where supportable

5. What would change the conclusion

6. Ranked next actions and validation plan

Public proof assets

Inspect the evidence layer and the predictions before the outcomes are known.

ORBIT's public proof is built from independent, source-linked infrastructure records and dated predictions. Employer-affiliated projects are excluded. Outcomes remain open until named official sources resolve them.

Why the answer deserves confidence

Evidence-traced numbers, engine-controlled scenarios and explicit unknowns.

System & constraint map

Resource graph, capacity/load baseline, dependencies, measured versus theoretical limits, and the evidence supporting each material constraint.

Scenario economics

Low/base/high cases where uncertainty matters; operational impact, CAPEX/OPEX and timing with a calculation basis instead of a single unexplained number.

Decision confidence

Source-linked inputs, customer-stated inputs, modeled estimates, assumptions, unknowns and the exact evidence that would change the recommendation.

Prediction ledger

Material constraint predictions are structured so a later utility letter, peak test, permit or operating result can confirm or refute them.

Action register

Recommended action, owner, dependency, expected value, effort, evidence requirement, validation metric and sequence.

Verification handoff

Selected opportunities move through approval, implementation and verified-realized value without mixing forecast and actual outcome.

Commercial model

Pilot → annual ORBIT → portfolio intelligence.

The venture model depends on converting bounded paid pilots into recurring decision intelligence rather than repeating bespoke studies.

1. Site Screen

One site and one live decision. Existing evidence first. A fast way to determine whether deeper modeling is justified.

2. Design-Partner Pilot

Calibrate ORBIT on real project data, track testable predictions and define the recurring monitoring/verification use case.

Paid enterprise pilot

3. Annual / Portfolio ORBIT

Monitor the evidence behind multiple sites as utility queues, tariffs, permits, load plans and operating evidence change; preserve alert, decision and prediction history.
