Use one live infrastructure decision to prove whether ORBIT should become a recurring operating layer.
The ORBIT Design-Partner Pilot is a bounded commercial engagement for a real large-load decision where power, onsite electrical capacity, cooling, water, wastewater, permits, schedule and economics can interact. The pilot produces a governed evidence base, a defensible constraint view, testable predictions and a pre-defined path into Annual ORBIT.
Answer one decision. Build the recurring operating record at the same time.
The pilot is not a generic consulting study. It is designed to test whether ORBIT can stay useful after the first answer by preserving evidence, predictions, decision versions and later outcomes.
1 · Decision intelligence
Identify the most likely binding constraints, quantify headroom where supportable, compare realistic sequencing options and state what evidence would change the conclusion.
2 · Verification-ready proof
Create dated, testable predictions and a verification plan so later utility, permit, commissioning or operating evidence can confirm, refute or refine the original decision.
3 · Annual-use test
Define the source changes, alerts, sites and decision cadence that would justify ongoing monitoring rather than another one-off study.
Enough evidence to make the decision useful — not a months-long data-room exercise.
Customer provides, as available
- Site / parcel and proposed load phasing
- Utility service, queue, interconnection or capacity correspondence
- Internal electrical one-line or equipment capacity basis
- Cooling architecture and key thermal / operating assumptions
- Water source, demand basis, allocation or service constraints
- Wastewater discharge, pretreatment and permit information
- Relevant schedule, CAPEX / OPEX or decision constraints
Trusta separates every material input
- Source-verified fact
- Customer-stated input
- Modeled estimate
- Assumption
- Unknown / evidence gap
- Prediction requiring later confirmation
Target pilot duration is typically 4–6 weeks after agreed data readiness; final timing is set in the pilot scope.
A decision package that can become the first Annual ORBIT workspace state.
Constraint & headroom view
Cross-resource constraint map covering the agreed infrastructure domains, with evidence state and confidence attached to material findings.
Scenario & sequencing analysis
Base and alternative cases with capacity, timing and economics where defensible; uncertainty and assumptions remain visible.
Evidence vault
Structured source register with document/date/page pointers where available and clear separation of facts, customer inputs, models and unknowns.
Prediction Ledger
Material predictions written so named future evidence can resolve them as confirmed, refuted, partial or pending.
Decision Memory
Decision, rationale, dependencies, evidence gaps and what would change the recommendation — preserved rather than overwritten.
Annual conversion plan
Sites, monitored sources, change triggers, review cadence and recurring scope required to keep the decision current.
The pilot succeeds only if it creates evidence for a recurring decision workflow.
Decision value
The customer receives a materially clearer view of which constraint can bind first and what sequence should be validated next.
Evidence quality
Material claims are traceable to their evidence state, and critical unknowns are explicit rather than hidden inside a score or narrative.
Recurring trigger
At least one agreed source, constraint, milestone or prediction is important enough that a future change should trigger monitoring or re-screening.
Pilot fee can become the first investment in Annual ORBIT.
The commercial path is designed to reduce friction when the pilot proves recurring value, while keeping workspace activation separate from revenue recognition.
Design-Partner Pilot
$15,000–$25,000 typical scope
Final fee depends on site count, evidence complexity, agreed infrastructure domains, scenario depth, integrations and professional-review requirements.
Annual ORBIT
Target starting ACV: $40,000+
For an annual agreement executed within 60 days after final pilot delivery, Trusta may credit up to 100% of the paid pilot fee against the first annual term, as stated in the signed pilot proposal.
Commercial terms are subject to the executed proposal / agreement. A credit is not automatic unless it is written into that agreement. Provisioning a workspace does not by itself constitute recognized recurring revenue.
Decision support, not stamped engineering design.
ORBIT outputs support infrastructure decisions and evidence management. They do not replace field verification, utility determinations, legal advice, permit approval, safety review, engineering design or licensed professional judgment where those are required. Implementation remains subject to the customer's engineering, regulatory and approval processes.
